Arbitration Agreement & Class Action Waiver

At Life In Bloom NY, Inc. we are dedicated to providing high-quality coaching, training, and corporate developmental services. To ensure a clear and fair process for resolving any disputes, we have implemented the following arbitration policy.

1. Agreement to Arbitrate

By using our coaching, training, or consulting services, you agree that any disputes arising from our services will be resolved exclusively through arbitration, rather than in court. This helps streamline the resolution process while maintaining fairness for all parties.

2. Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims on an individual basis only. Participation in class, collective, or group actions is not permitted under this agreement.

3. Arbitration Process

Disputes will be handled by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of Arbitration Organization.
