At Life In Bloom NY, Inc. we are committed to maintaining a professional, respectful, and ethical coaching environment. This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for both clients and the coaching team to ensure a productive and positive coaching experience.

All interactions between clients, coaches, and any members of the Life In Bloom NY. Inc. team must be conducted with professionalism and mutual respect. This includes:

• Using respectful and appropriate language in all communications.
• Maintaining a positive and open attitude toward coaching sessions.
• Respecting cultural differences, personal experiences, and diverse perspectives.
• Avoiding disruptive, aggressive, or confrontational behavior.

We value confidentiality in our coaching relationships. Clients agree to:

• Keep all discussions and shared materials private.
• Not disclose confidential coaching discussions outside the coaching relationship.
• Understand that while we strive to maintain confidentiality, we may be legally required to disclose information if there is a threat of harm or a legal requirement.

To achieve the best results from coaching, clients must:

• Attend sessions on time and be fully present.
• Engage in the process by actively participating in discussions and completing any agreed-upon actions.
• Be honest about challenges, goals, and progress.
• Take responsibility for their own decisions and actions.

Clients and coaches are expected to act with integrity and honesty, including:

• Avoiding any form of deception, misrepresentation, or dishonesty.
• Not engaging in unethical business practices, such as plagiarism, fraud, or defamation.
• Refraining from any inappropriate or unethical requests toward the coach.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. This includes but is not limited to:

• Discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or other personal attributes.
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or verbal abuse.
• Sexual harassment, inappropriate advances, or offensive comments.

If a client or coach engages in such behavior, services may be immediately terminated without a refund.

• Clients may not copy, reproduce, share, or distribute any coaching materials, frameworks, worksheets, or intellectual property provided by [Your Business Name] without written permission.
• Coaching materials are for the client’s personal or business use only.
• Clients are not permitted to record coaching sessions unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Clients agree to:

• Honor all agreed-upon payments for coaching services.
• Not engage in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes.
• Follow the refund and cancellation policies as outlined in the Terms and Conditions.

• If any issues arise, clients should communicate concerns in a professional manner.
• Life In Bloom NY, Inc. is open to feedback and will address concerns through a structured resolution process.
• Clients who experience conflicts or misunderstandings should attempt to resolve them respectfully before escalating the matter.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate termination of services without a refund. This includes:

• Repeated failure to adhere to session commitments.
• Breach of confidentiality or intellectual property agreements.
• Disruptive, unethical, or disrespectful behavior toward the coach or other clients.
