At Life In Bloom NY, Inc. we are committed to providing high-quality business behavioral coaching services. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent return and refund policy for our clients.
1. Cancellation Policy (does not pertain to packages)
- Clients may cancel a scheduled single coaching session with at least 24–48 hours notice to receive a full refund or reschedule at no additional cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee or forfeiture of that session, depending on the circumstances.
- No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
2. Refund for Unused Sessions (packages only)
- If a client has purchased a coaching package and chooses to discontinue services, they may request a prorated refund based on the number of completed sessions.
- Refunds will be issued minus any applicable administrative fees and the cost of completed sessions at the full rate.
- Refund requests must be made in writing via email to info@lifeinbloomny.net
3. Satisfaction Guarantee (packages only)
- If a client is not satisfied after their first coaching session, they may request a full refund within 48 hours of the session.
- This guarantee applies only to the first session of a new client’s coaching program and does not apply to subsequent sessions.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Customized training programs, assessments, and digital materials provided before cancellation are non-refundable.
- Any deposits for corporate workshops or keynote engagements are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session if rescheduled within 30 days.
5. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and issued via the original payment method.
- Clients will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
6. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
