Life In Bloom NY, Inc.  provides business and career coaching services, including:

• One-on-one coaching sessions
• Group coaching programs
• Workshops and training
• Digital courses, workbooks, and resources

Coaching is a professional development tool designed to help individuals gain clarity, set goals, and take action. Coaching is not therapy, consulting, legal, financial, or medical advice.

By engaging in our services, you agree to:

• Participate actively and complete agreed-upon actions.
• Be respectful and professional during coaching sessions.
• Take full responsibility for your decisions and outcomes.
• Refrain from sharing or reselling any proprietary materials provided.

• Payment must be made in full before services are rendered unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Accepted payment methods: [Major credit cards, bank transfer, etc.].
• Recurring payments (if applicable) will be automatically charged based on the agreed schedule.
• Late or declined payments may result in service suspension or cancellation.

• Cancellations or reschedules must be requested at least [24/48] hours before the scheduled session.
• No-shows or late cancellations may result in loss of the session without a refund.

• No refunds once the program has started.
• If the client withdraws before the start date, a partial refund may be available.

• Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

We respect client privacy and maintain strict confidentiality. However, confidentiality does not apply in cases where:

• The client discloses intentions of harming themselves or others.
• Legal authorities require information via a subpoena or law enforcement request.

• All materials, workbooks, strategies, and frameworks provided by Life In Bloom NY, Inc. are proprietary and copyrighted.
• Clients may use these materials for personal or business growth but cannot reproduce, distribute, or sell them without written permission.

• Life In Bloom NY, Inc. is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use of our services.
• We make no guarantees regarding specific business results or career advancements.

We maintain a respectful and professional coaching environment. The following behaviors are prohibited:

• Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct.
• Disruptive behavior during coaching sessions.
• Misuse or unauthorized sharing of proprietary content.

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in termination of services without a refund.

We reserve the right to terminate services if a client:

• Fails to make payments.
• Violates these Terms and Conditions.
• Engages in unethical or disruptive behavior.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through negotiation first.
• If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration in Port Orange, FL. 

Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
